Easter brunch has a very specific energy: a little bit springy, a little bit celebratory, and very centered around the table. It’s the kind of meal where jammy eggs, something baked, and something sweet can all exist on the same plate (preferably with a giant pot of coffee nearby). Whether you’re hosting or just contributing a dish to the table, or just looking to celebrate spring (no Easter required!) here are 14 of my favorite Easter brunch recipes that feel festive, fresh, and easy to pull together.

Greeny Tahini Egg Salad
If you think you don’t like egg salad, I’m willing to bet you’ve just never had the right one. I used to be firmly anti–egg salad myself (a bold stance, I know), but this greeny tahini version completely changed my mind. It’s bright with herbs, creamy from tahini, and feels exactly like the kind of fresh, scoopable thing that belongs on an Easter brunch table.

Dill and Feta Egg Salad
I love a mayo-free egg salad, and I think there should be much more room (and acceptance!) for the vinegar-based egg salads out there. And I’d like to option up this Dill and Feta Egg Salad as my first example – it has salty feta, fresh dill, and a punchy vinegar dressing that makes it feel especially perfect for spring brunch.

Carrot Butter Biscuits
These carrot butter biscuits are one of my favorites to sneak into the bread basket. They’re flaky, buttery, and just a little soft thanks to the carrots, which add both moisture and a subtle sweetness. Even the biscuit skeptics in your life will happily grab one.

Sourdough English Muffins
Okay, so you’ve made your low-discard sourdough starter, here is one of the easiest and most rewarding ways to use it. These Sourdough English Muffins are naturally leavened, wonderfully craggy, and made for splitting open and piling high with butter, jam, or whatever else ends up on your Easter brunch plate.

Strawberry and Raspberry Scones
These roasted strawberry and raspberry scones are jammy, tender, and beautifully flaky, with a pop of pink citrus sugar that makes them feel instantly festive.

Salted Date & Brown Butter Carrot Bread
One of my most visited recipes is my brown butter banana bread, but I figured, now it’s carrot’s turn! It’s rich with brown butter, studded with jammy dates, and just sweet enough to flex between breakfast and dessert. Think of it as carrot cake’s laid-back brunch cousin.

Brown Butter Banana Bread
I couldn’t mention it above and not include it! This is just a really great, really easy brown butter banana bread. For someone who is into baking, I’ve always believed that the simplest baking recipes tend to be the best, you don’t need to fuss too much with them, you don’t need to pull out all the appliances in your house, and you can use the shitty butter and it still will taste great.

Blueberry Muffins
If I had to nominate a classic brunch muffin, it would be this one. These blueberry muffins are fluffy, buttery, and absolutely packed with berries, with a lemon-ginger sugar on top that adds just enough sparkle to make them feel extra special.

Blueberry Muffins
Layered Peach Coffee Muffins
These muffins use a little layering trick with peach slices that feels slightly chaotic but works like magic. The peaches bake right into the batter, creating little pockets of juicy sweetness while keeping the muffin light and tender. They’re part breakfast, part dessert, and fully brunch-worthy.

Vegan Carrot Muffins for Two
If you love an accidentally vegan, small-batch baking recipe, look no further than these Carrot Muffins for Two! They are sweet but not-too-sweet, stacked with a ginger sugar topping, and are perfect for either a sweet nightcap or a delicious mini breakfast. Don’t worry, you can easily scale it up to serve more!

Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls
These Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls are what happens when banana bread and a soft, pillowy cinnamon roll decide to combine. The dough is extra tender thanks to a banana tangzhong, and the banana caramel on top is exactly the kind of slightly over-the-top brunch situation I will always support.

Carrot Cake Crepes
Crepes are already a brunch classic, but carrot cake crepes take things one step further. Stack them up with a little filling and suddenly you have a crepe cake that feels both impressive and totally appropriate for a celebratory spring morning.

Pistachio Honey Carrot Cake
I love a snacking cake, and this pistachio honey carrot cake fits the category perfectly. It’s simple, nutty, lightly sweet, and the kind of cake you can bring whenever the table needs “just one more thing.”

Apricot & Strawberry Polenta Shortcake
Shortcakes are one of my favorite desserts, and this version adds a little twist with tender polenta biscuits. Piled high with apricots and strawberries, it’s bright, juicy, and exactly the kind of dessert that makes an Easter table feel complete.

And that’s it for these 14 Easter brunch recipes! Whether you’re hosting or just helping fill the table, these should have you covered.
